EZM Group Pty Ltd (ABN 86 688 077 429), trading as EZM Group ("EZM", "we", "us"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through ezmgroup.com.au and how we handle it, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you use our enquiry or health check forms, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, website address and your message. If you used one of our tools first, the form may include a short summary of your results so we can tailor our reply.
Our free tools (the website check, quote builder, Google preview tool and enquiry calculator) run in your browser. Your answers aren't sent to us unless you choose to submit a form.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a health check, draft or quote, and deliver and support any work you engage us for. We don't sell your information or add you to marketing lists without your permission.
Who handles it
To run this website we use a small number of service providers, who only receive what they need to provide their service:
- Cloudflare hosts this website, runs the secure function that processes form submissions, and provides Turnstile spam protection.
- Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox by email.
- Google Workspace hosts our email.
- Google Analytics and Search Console may be used to understand how visitors use the site, using aggregated information.
- Google Fonts serves the fonts used on this site.
Form submissions are not stored on our website or in the form function. They're delivered to our inbox and kept only as long as we need them. Some providers may process data outside Australia.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we delete or de-identify it when we no longer need it.
Access and correction
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing projects@ezmgroup.com.au.
