H&H Smash Repairs
A premium, phone-first website for a Slacks Creek panel and paint shop, plus a private workshop app that runs every job from enquiry to invoice on a phone.
30-second case study: the website, photo quotes, spoken quotes, automatic follow-ups and car-ready texts. Shown with demo data.
27-second walkthrough: a customer sends a photo quote, the workshop gets the alert, then quotes and invoices from the app. Shown with demo data.
One job, start to finish.
The film follows a single repair through the website and the workshop app, using demo data. Here is what happens at each step, and why it matters to a busy workshop.
Found on a phone
A customer finds H&H on Google and lands on a fast, dark website that shows real finished cars, with the phone number and a free quote button always in reach.
Photos instead of phone tag
They describe the damage, add photos from their camera and send it. No forms to print, no waiting on hold, and the workshop sees the damage before anyone calls.
An alert on the workshop phone
The request lands in the app with its photos, and a text goes straight to the workshop mobile, so nothing waits in an inbox.
Say the quote, the app writes it
Hold the microphone button and talk through the job. The app turns it into line items, works out the GST and makes a branded PDF quote.
Sent, then followed up
The quote goes to the customer by email and text. If they go quiet, a polite follow-up goes out a few days later, so fewer quotes go cold.
Car ready in one tap
When the job is done, one tap texts the customer that their car is ready, with the address and today's closing time, then the invoice follows.
What they needed.
H&H Smash Repairs has run its panel and paint shop on Moss Street, Slacks Creek since 2012. The old website didn't show the quality of the work, and the team runs the business from the workshop floor by phone, not from a computer. Their team wanted every quote request to reach the workshop phone with its photos, and a simple way to send quotes and invoices and keep track of every job without paperwork.
How we solved it.
Show the finish
The homepage leads with real finished cars from the shop's own Google profile, number plates blurred, with a premium dark design that matches the standard of the work.
Quote from a photo
Customers send photos of the damage and a short description from their phone. Each request is saved with its photos, and a text goes straight to the workshop mobile.
A redrawn logo
The logo only existed as image files, so we redrew it as clean vector artwork for the website, the badge and the app icon.
Found in Logan
A page for each service (panel beating, spray painting, paintless dent removal, bumper repairs and roadworthy certificates), area pages for Slacks Creek, Logan and Brisbane South, and helpful articles for people searching after an accident.

A workshop app that runs the jobs.
The film above shows the app in action. It lives on the workshop phone like any other app, and every job starts from the customer's enquiry, so nothing is typed twice, from the first photo to the final invoice.
Enquiries in one place
Every request from the website arrives with its photos, ready to call, text or quote with one tap.
Quotes and invoices
Line items grouped into repair, paint and parts, with GST worked out automatically and a branded PDF emailed to the customer.
Talk instead of type
Hold the microphone button and describe the job; the app turns it into quote lines and notes.
Follow-ups and car ready
A polite follow-up text goes out a few days after a quote, and one tap tells the customer their car is ready, with today's closing time.
A simple tracker
Quotes sent, won and lost at a glance, so the team can see how the month is going.
Private and secure
The app sits behind a secure sign-in that only the workshop team can pass.
